People aren’t getting meetings, customers want to talk to you about what they already know, they don’t want to talk to you about what they don’t know, or what they’re not buying from you. It’s a big challenge. The solution to the problem is very counterintuitive. The the customer’s willingness to listen is far more important than your ability to communicate."
